Happy Holidays!

Alright, Adrianne has been the best of help, and after being snowed in for 5 days at my college (oh man!), I am finally home with my external hard drive so now I can update. :)

Adrianne  sent a link about Dan appearing naked in the EVIL KISS SCENE.  Oh snap. :D That's good news for us... it means that this evil kiss scene between Harry and Hermione for Deathly Hallows is going to be goooood!  Wonder if Emma will shed her clothes?  My guess is not, but who knows?

Highlights:

---Besides detailing Half-Blood Prince, Yates and others also offered some surprising sneak peeks to the final two theatrical installments of the Harry Potter franchise, slated for 2010 and 2011 release. At certain points, Radcliffe will appear naked.

In one scene, “a Horcrux [carrying a piece of Voldemort’s soul] defends itself by producing nightmarish visions, and one shows Hermione and Harry embracing and kissing,” explained Yates. “It’s something intriguing and sensual for Rupert to react to, and Dan will be bare for that.” ---

!!! Wonder why he will be bare? ;) That is more than kissing, folks! haha

Happy Thanksgiving Break to those who are out of school for a week!

Um... so it's been awhile since the last update.... umm!!! *guilty face*  In my own defense.... I've been working and going to school and uh...! haha :P

So what's been going on the entire month of August??? Well, not too much actually.  We have someeee new pictures.  So I'll post those up!

July 17th

QUICK UPDATE!! So I saw the movie, and here are some of my thoughts *spoiler alerts!*

I thought that the R/Hr scenes were pretty good, actually!  MUCH BETTER THAN THE BOOK, anyway :P  And the H/G was horrible.  So so so very horrible.  I didddd like the fact that Dumbledore asked Harry if he and Hermione were dating.  ^_-   See, everyone thinks so!  Even the most brilliant wizard of all time! hahaha

Also, Dumbledore's little moments with Harry can be interpreted in a very homosexual way now that we know he is gay.  I lol'ed quite a few times :P  Oh well.  I didn't think Ginny or Slughorn were particularly good actors, but what do I know?  Also, McLaggen was reallllly really good looking.  Cheers to Hermione for almost dating him!

What else... so no funeral scene?  No Hogwarts fighting scene with Dumbledore's Army, etc etc.  But there *was* a lot of Lav-Lav! lol  for the longest HP movie, it sure had the least amount of plot line.  But it was still a really good movie!  The actual coloring of the movie was more artistic, which I liked, but there wasn't a lot of music.  And Ginny's music was kinda odd... when she came on, it was the most random song.  Hmm!!

Did anyone else look for the H/Hr moments?? I'm sure you did!  There were so many cute ones of them together!  I can't wait to make Recaps of them!  I saw sooo much hand holding, and cuddling, and comforting. :)  Overall, I feel like it definitely could have been a worse movie.  Considering how much I disliked the book!

So who saw the Harry Potter movie yet?!?! I'm seeing it in two days (grrr having to work!), but if you diddd see it, post your comments in the tag board! I would love to know everyone's opinions.  I don't know what to expect from it! haha

Hey everyone!

Ron Weasley walks into a bar.  He cries because his two best friends are getting married.  <-- Great choice, fellow H/Hr fans!!!  A new poll is up :)  As is a new banner, actually. haha

Also, I have up new pictures of the week.  The first is a newish Hermione poster (very pretty!), the second is from a magazine scan, and the third is a realllly good one of Dan from DR.com :) **

EW.net has up a HQ video of the new HBP video game that will be coming out soon.  The characters look creepily just like their actually selves.  My gosh.  lol anywayyy, you can see that video HERE.  Note: Bonnie Wright's character looks realllly bad.  Not saying it looks JUST like her, but I would have thought that they would... enhance it, I guess, to make her look better! haha

Also from DR.com, they have a few screen caps of the MTV 2009 awards.  The one that I like is below!  How cute =)

HBP is coming out in just over a month!  Get excited!  Even though we *were* supposed to have it last November.   Just don't think that way, though!

New pictures of the week! (yes, I know, more like of the month. haha) The first pic you seen on there is from the Rodarte Private Dinner party, and I'm not a hugeee fan of Emma's dress.  I can't tell if the top part of the dress is see-through, or maybe it's just flesh-colored fabric? o_0

New poll!! Concerning last week's poll... Dan and Emma are supposedly going to build a time machine to 2007 and stop JKR's Deathly Hallows ending!  Let's hope that Dan and/or Emma can figure out how exactly to do this. ;)

For some reason, when I moved all of my files for my website from one external hard drive to my new one, it messed up a lot of things.  And now I *have* to update every time I want to save the page I'm working on!  So if you randomly see part of an update show up, that's why.  Grr!!

Okay, instead of  making up some excuse as to why I haven't updated in so long, I'm just going to be a good girl and go straight to news and such. lol

First off, the poll of Harry secretly plays piano... what ELSE does he do secretly?? had the answer, "Oooooh LIKE STRIP POKER!  WITH HERMIONE!" as an overwhelming majority.  I'm not sure I can make that into a graphic or not like I usually do.  I think it might look a bit inappropriate.  O:-)   I'll change the poll to Graciela's idea :)

E-W.net has some nice photos of filming for Deathly Hallows!  I do believe that this is the scene from when they are burying Dobby.  See a few below (I would put more, but they are tagged... eww) and see the whole album HERE!

Man, the school year is coming to an end, meaning I'll be busy with exams in a few weeks.  But until then, I'll update some! lol

First off, there are some cute Dan/Emma pics from Deathly Hallows by the Tent Scene.  Ignore the ones with Emma and (he who shall not be named... and I don't mean Voldie).  The way I see it, he was only there because Emma wanted to make Dan jealous.

The poll made me laugh a lot, so I'll keep it up to next update.  The pictures of the week are... um... good for Rupert fans... So I'll leave those up, too, I suppose, until.... Thursday? I'll update then (I really dooo have a test to study for haha).  Gah.

Quick little update time!

I finished another Makeup Guide... this one is from that Chanel pre-dinner event.  Love the makeup Emma wore. :)  See that below!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

Alright, so it's Valentine's Day, so I figured we needed an update! :)  First off, you all voted that Dan would knock out Rupert during the kiss scene, so that he could kiss Emma instead.  Excellent choice!  Here is a pic of that happening (click to make bigger!)

Also, I wrote another THE BEAT for you all!  Valentine's Day special edition, of course :o)

In actual news, Emma attended the Baftas 09 awards (dressed in a gorgeous black gown), and also the pre-Baftas party or whatever they call it.  See some pics below!  A lot can be found HERE and HERE.

Sorry it's been FOREVER since a last update.  :(  I had to get settled into a new semester at college, and then if you pay attention to the news you might have heard that Virginia Tech had yet another tragedy last week (what the heck, Tech?? We have a lot of COWS around us, not crime!!).  I won't go into details, but it's just all pretty messed up.  :/

Anyway.  So I suppose I'll start off when an amusing news article about Rupert and Emma (seen HERE, thanks to Mugglenet).  Basically Rupert says that he is NOT looking forward to kissing Emma, and the thought of it is horrifying to him.  Haha, take THAT Rupert/Emma fans!

Also, we have a new photo from Entertainment Weekly magazine of Harry, thanks to RadLifeMedia.  It's not from HBP, of course.  Just a cute photo :)

Cute!!  I love Dan without a beard ^_^  Also, we have new pictures of the week, and a new poll.  Last month, you all said that Harry's pickup line to Hermione will be "If you were a Dementor, I'd become a criminal just to get your kiss."  Good choice!

Also, you all said that you wanted more Say Whats.  So Say Whats it is!  I just did a couple, but I'll add more next update. :)

And if you all want another makeup guide, write an email to me or put on the Tag board an event that you liked Emma at.  Sorry, I can't really do a makeup guide for Dan ;)

Darn, I had a whole update, and then my computer shut off!! >.<  Okay, well here is take two.   Booo!!!!

First off, because The Dark Knight is out on DVD (haha), I have the first picture of the week being Dan with Heath Ledger. The second one is from OhMyWatson (more HERE) of Emma at Santa Monica.  Finally, the third one is just cute :) **

The poll showed that you all would favor Dan and Emma sneaking out together to go and make out in Dan's trailer.  So, I made a quick The Beat issue and incorporated that in there.

Hey everyone! 

First off... the overwhelming majority of you all said that you would rather see Dan and Emma end up together by Emma throwing herself upon Dan and kissing him like mad, and then it's caught on film.  So... I thought I would try and re-create that!

Finally, quite a few people have sent me an article about JKR concerning Harry/Hermione!  Thanks Shar and Regina for this info from HERE and HERE  (The source originally came from an interview from a book):

"I tried very hard to soften it, I suppose," Jo said. "Just because
someone had a view on Harry/Hermione didn't mean they weren't genuine, or that they were necessarily misguided. In fact, I will say this, Steve Kloves who has been the script writer [on the Potter films], who is enormously insightful on the series and a very good friend, after he read book seven he said to me, 'You, know, I thought something was going to happen between Harry and Hermione, and I didn't know whether I wanted it or not.'

"I had always planned that Harry's true soul mate, which I stand by, is Ginny, and that Ron and Hermione have this combative but mutual attraction. They will always bicker, there will always be rough edges there, but they are pulled together, each has something the other needs."

I stared at her, sensing she wasn't finished, and a sense of foreboding
crept in around the edges.

"[Kloves] felt a certain pull between them at that point. And I think he's right. There are moments when [Harry and Hermione] touch, which are charged moments. One when she touches his hair as he sits on the hilltop reading about Dumbledore and Grindelwald, and [two] the moment when they walk out of the graveyard with their arms around each other."

I was holding my breath at this point. She wasn't done.

"Now the fact is that Hermione shares moments with Harry that Ron will never be able to participate in. He walked out. *She shared something very intense with Harry.*

"So I think it could have gone that way."

Yes, that's a lot to read, but worth it!  Say what?  You skimmed that whole thing?? Go back and re-read those quotes!  Very good, right?  Thanks, again, for submitting that!  It's good to hear of some positive H/Hr news for once! :)
