Rumor number six: Harry Potter MUST be in love with Moaning Mrytle! I mean, she likes him, so I bet he likes her!* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Wow. Let's see here. First off, we DO indeed know that Mrytle likes Harry in the second-fifth books. The movie makers certainly played that up in GOF. But besides the fact that she's an annoying ghost *lol*, there's absolutely no way Harry likes her in return. I'm not even sure why I wrote this up as a rumor. Oh well. Anyhow, in HBP Mrytle actually seems to like Malfoy! He was spending a lot of time in that bathroom, and Mrytle even consoled him when he was crying his eyes out (which was most likely a hard feat to do. How many see Malfoy cry and live to tell the tale?). Not only is that such a cute friendship, but perhaps Malfoy will turn good because of the fact that Voldemort actually was the one who killed Mrytle! Whoa. It all makes sense now! THAT'S what is going to bring the ferret-boy to our side!! And for not liking Hermione because a ghost likes him? Hah! Only in G/H and R/Hr people's dreams.
