Why Harry and Hermione?  It's not going to happen.

Yes, yes I know.  JKR said it herself that it will never happen.  But honestly, who cares?  I mean, we all can have our own opinion about who should go out with who in the books and movies.  I actually don't mind R/Hr (some of the moments in the movies are actually cute), but I prefer H/Hr.  Isn't love based off of loyalty and friendship?  Not jealousy and anger.  So, in my opinion, and in many other people's too, I feel that Harry and Hermione would have a better, long lasting relationship than Ron and Hermione would.  Just because there is "tension" between Ron and Hermione doesn't mean that they should start dating because of it.  I mean, look at Malfoy and Harry!  Voldemort and Dumbledore!  Anybody else, for that matter.

Why Emma and Dan?  Why not Rupert and Emma?

Okay, this one is very obvious.  I mean, Rupert and EMMA?  No way.  She even said in an interview that she and Dan weren't that great of friends with him.  In fact, she hardly mentions him!  She's too obsessed with Dan :-)  lol  Well, it's true!  The thing is, I was an Emma fan before a Dan fan, and I began to realize that she really liked him, only she's not allowed to say anything because of the media.  I mean, how would it look if the actors who played Harry and Hermione actually got together in real life?  The press would have a field day!  The two would have it hard on set, too, because of the movies and the Ron/Hermione "loving".  It would just be too awkward.  If only they would have had Harry and Hermione get together... JKR could have helped two teens finally open up to each other in real life.
